<b>Site:</b> Still working on the “me” sections. Added a few people to the “Guess The” sections, and added one person to the Birthday page.

<b>Personal:</b> As most of you might know, I’ve been on a diet for about a year and a half. I’ve lost a little over 70 pounds, which is <b>Awesome</b> but I seem to be at a standstill. I guess I just have to step up my exercising.

I usually do like cardio for 45 minutes, then weights. I also walk the stairs, and have been using my <b>Ab Lounge</b> alot. I used to have a page about my weightloss with pictures, but it accidentally got deleted and I didn’t have it backed up so I really think I should make that page again. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/grr.gif” alt=”:grr:”>

I’ve been thinking of going on a little hiatus with my site. Well, not the whole site but just the blog. I hardly ever have anything to talk about which is why I only blog like twice a week. I would probably make the occasional update and I would keep the content up and all my links and everything. I would also still comment on people’s sites. I’m just not sure what to do. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/confused.gif” alt=”:confused:”>

It’s getting to be such a pain getting on the computer because of how slow it is. I can’t wait til Chad (my brother) comes to put the memory in. I can’t download anything because we don’t have enough room on the computer right now. Plus even when we do get the memory in my step-dad still has to download his programs for his radio thing which will still take up more space. I really want a new computer of my own. I would <b>LOVE</b> a laptop. That way I could have a computer in my room.

My birthday is exactly one month from today. I can’t wait! <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/biggrin.gif” alt=”:big grin:”> I’ll be 25, that’s exactly halfway to 50! <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/shock.gif” alt=”:shock:”> I’m really hoping to get the photo printer I asked for. I need it so I can download pictures to the computer. I have some good one’s I want to post. I also still want a domain. Maybe I’ll get one for my birthday, or I mean some money so I can buy one. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/grin.gif” alt=”:grin:”>

It seems like <b>everyone</b> is getting either an Ipod or a Ipod mini. I want one, but their so expensive! Lucky bastards who have the money to have one. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/evil.gif” alt=”:evil:”> I’m just joking. Who knows, maybe I can get one for my birthday. That is, if I get enough money. I’m really hoping that the one place I applied for a job at calls me in February. They said they’re not hiring until then, and I’ve been calling every Monday like I’m supposed to so my name is refreshed on the list. I need to talk to Chantel (my brother’s girlfriend) since she works there and she is having the supervisor look for my name. I have to talk to her to make sure they are still hiring.

<b>Personal:</b> I haven’t really done much since I last blogged. Sorry it’s been 5 days, I just hardly ever have anything interesting to talk about. This weekend was filled with a whole lot of <b>nothing</b>. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/yuck.gif” alt=”:yuck:”>

It snowed here on Friday and Saturday, but I don’t think we got as much snow as predicted. The meteorologists are always predicting more than what we really get. I don’t think we even got a foot.

Is it like totally lame that I’m 24 years old and have only been on 2 or 3 dates <u>and</u> have only had one boyfriend back in the 8th grade? I’m just too damn shy! I need to start going out more. I’m not the type to go out to bars and party and pick up guys, but part of me really wants to go to this club here called <a href=”http://www.itstheparty.com” target=”_blank”>Piere’s</a>, and just have some fun. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/wink.gif” alt=”:wink:”> Not necessarily to drink, <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/vodka.gif” alt=”:vodka:”> but to just dance and mingle.

Back when I first turned 21 I went there a few times, but haven’t been there since. Been almost 4 years. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/shock.gif” alt=”:shock:”> But like I said, I’m too shy, plus I don’t have anyone to go with.

I kinda, sorta rearranged my room this weekend. Not really rearranged as much as got rid of something so I could put something else in it’s place. My Grandpa made me this cedar chest for Christmas one year, and I’ve been using it to store old school papers, birthday cards, report cards, yearbooks, and other things. Well, this past Christmas I got an Ab Lounge and up until this Friday it was sitting at the foot of my bed, and it was hard to get around.

So, I took everything out of the chest and put it in my closet, so now the Ab Lounge is where that used to be, so it’s lot’s easier to get around my room now.
<p>
<s>One more think before I go. I was fixing some of the pages of the content in the “you” section and on all three of my “<b>Guess The</b>” pages, I have a button that you can push to guess the celebrity, lyrics, and movie quote that will automatically take you to an award page. Well, the buttons are all purple, and I’m trying to figure out how to change the color of them, but in the actual form thing there aren’t <b>any</b> purple color codes, and there aren’t any purple color codes in my .css stylesheet either.

Would someone be willing to check that out for me to see if I overlooked something? That would be great! <b>Personal:</b> New layout is finally up! I really did mean to have it up yesterday afternoon, but couldn’t get onto <a href=”http://www.envy.nu” target=”_blank”>Envy.nu</a> because they were doing critical maintenance. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/mad.gif” alt=”:mad:”> Oh, well. I suppose the important thing is that it’s up. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/grin.gif” alt=”:grin:”> I love it. I personally think it’s one of the best I’ve made.

Have I ever mentioned how much I <b>HATE</b> mice and rats? We have all these things around the house to get rid of them, but they keep on coming back. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/yuck.gif” alt=”:yuck:”> We had out traps, but those didn’t work, and now we have out this stuff called D-con that is like poison and if they eat it they die. I’m all for just letting them go outside, but they keep coming back. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/yell.gif” alt=”:yell:”>

Chad (my brother), is hopefully coming over tonight or Thursday night to install the new memory. Last time he was here, we had the wrong memory so him and my step-dad ordered some from <a href=”http://tigerdirect.com” target=”_blank”>TigerDirect</a>, so hopefully that one will work, and I’ll soon be able to surf the internet a little bit faster! <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/upsidedown.gif” alt=”:upside down:”>

<b>Personal:</b> Thanks for the nice comments on the new layout! <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/grin.gif” alt=”:grin:”> I’m starting to like it more, especially the colors. The only thing I really don’t like about it is how small I made the blog box. Next layout I’ll make sure not to make it that small.

I did end up going to <a href=”http://www.oldnavy.com” target=”_blank”>Old Navy</a> this past weekend. I did not spend all of my gift cards there though. I only used 1 and a half. So I still have 70 some dollars out of 110 dollars. I ended up getting two t-shirts and a sweatshirt that matches the t-shirts. I’ll probably go back around the end of February since hopefully they’ll have more springish stuff.

This past Sunday when I was on the internet I went on <a href=”http://www.bn.com” target=”_blank”>Barnes and Noble.com</a> and spent my gift card I got for Christmas. I finally decided to get the first season of <b>The O.C.</b> and it arrived today. It didn’t take as long as I thought it was going to. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/upsidedown.gif” alt=”:upside down:”>

You know how I was talking about my brother coming over and installing the new memory for our computer? Well, he came over after work today, but it seems that the people at <a href=”http://www.bestbuy.com” target=”_blank”>Best Buy</a> gave my step-dad the wrong memory and now we have to wait ’til he can get the new memory because the new memory is not on sale. I want a new computer so bad! I signed up the other day to win one. So, maybe I’ll win! <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/wink.gif” alt=”:wink:”>

My birthday is coming up. It’s <b>February 28th</b>, and I’ll be 25! I really, really want a domain and I’m thinking of asking my Grandma and Grandpa to maybe just give me money for my birthday so I can buy one. I just have to wait until we get the memory because I can’t download any FTP program with how slow our computer is being. And not to mention that we only have like 64 MB of memory left. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/yuck.gif” alt=”:yuck:”>

Not a whole lot else to talk about. I’m going shopping this weekend. I was going to go to <a href=”http://www.oldnavy.com” target=”_blank”>Old Navy</a> and use my gift cards, but I think I’ll wait until next month because hopefully more springish stuff will be out, and besides I’m still losing more weight, and don’t want to go shopping there just to have the clothes be too big in a month.

I’ve been taking pictures with my new digital camera, so once I figure out how to get it hooked up to the computer, I’ll upload some. I’m hoping to be able to buy a <b>photo printer</b> with any birthday money I get. My birthday’s next month on the 28th. I might be able to get my dad to buy me one though, because he told me that him and Ellen (my step-mom) were going to buy me a digital camera before I told them I bought myself one, so maybe I’ll get one that way. Does anyone who visits here have a photo printer where you can put the memory card in and then print the pictures from your computer? If so, what kind and does it work well?

We finally got more memory for the computer, and I think my brother is coming over this weekend to install it. So, what did everyone do New Year’s Eve? I went shopping, for one thing. I went to <a href=”http://sears.com” target=”_blank”>Sear’s</a>, and <a href=”http://www.target.com” target=”_blank”>Target</a>. At Sear’s I returned the <u>Shrek 2</u> DVD I got for Christmas and exchanged it for <u>Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban</u>. Then I looked around for some other stuff, since I had two gift certificates to the mall. I got two pairs of really cute pajama’s. One pair is a hot pink MUDD set with poodles on them. The other is a lighter pink Henley like shirt with Tinker Bell on it, and a pair of purplish pajama pants also with Tinker Bell on them. I also got a pair of off-white courdoroys. Everything was 50% off, and I was suprised that they were, since they were newer things.
<p>
Since Target was open ’til 10 p.m. we went there last. I was trying to decide what I wanted to buy with my money and Target gift card, and I’ve always wanted a Digital Camera, so I bought one! Since my Grandma and Grandpa gave me $100 plus a $20 Target gift card, plus I had other money I got for Christmas I had enough to get one. It’s a HP photosmart 435. It’s got 3.1 MP, and up to 5 x digital zoom. Since the internal memory is only 16 mb, I bought an 128 mb. memory card. Those things are expensive! The memory card I got was originally like $50, but luckily was on sale. It was still $27, though. <img src=”http://auction4.comton.com/member/roxygurl/shock.gif” alt=”:shock:”> I love the camera, though! When I can figure out how to hook the camera up to the computer, I’ll take some pictures! I’ve already taken some pictures with it.

After shopping we had to get home fast and get everything ready to go to my Grandma and Grandpa’s for New Year’s Eve. It was also my Grandpa’s birthday, so we celebrated that. It was just me, my mom, my step-dad, my Aunt Patty, my Uncle Melroy, and my younger cousin Jamie there. It was fun, though. Since I had just gotten my camera that day, I got it all ready, and took some pictures, which turned out nice when I viewed them. So, that’s what I did on New Year’s Eve.
<p>
On New Year’s Day we hung around the house, then decide to go to some places. We went to <a href=”http://www.ashleyfurniture.com” target=”_blank”>Ashley Furniture</a>, because my mom is looking for a new Dining set, and then went to <a href=”http://www.bn.com” target=”_blank”>Barnes and Noble</a>, then out to eat at <a href=”http://www.smokeybones.com” target=”_blank”>Smokey Bone’s</a>. Barne’s and Noble was open ’til 11 p.m. I have a $50 gift card to there, and was looking for the first season of <b>The O.C.</b> which they were out of. Then I was going to get <b>Napolean Dynamite</b> on DVD, which they had, but all of there newer DVD’s are 29.99.
<br>
When I asked the guy about The O.C., he said I should look for it online, and that it’s $20 <i>less</i> than the stores. I checked, and it is! In the store it’s like $68.98, and online it’s $48.98. Now, I’m just trying to decide whether I’d rather just get the The O.C. DVD’s, or if I’d rather get the Napolean Dynamite DVD, plus two CD’s. I only have enough to get either or. I have a question for you guys. Is The O.C. really that good of a show? I’m just trying to decide which way to go.
<p>
Sunday, we just hung around the house. We were going to go to <a href=”http://www.bestbuy.com” target=”_blank”>Best Buy</a>, and buy some memory for the computer, but I think my step-dad is going to do that on his next day off.
