I know I keep saying this, but I really need to blog more. I always mean to, but then the excuses keep popping up. Like, “I’m too tired from work”, or “I want to hang out with the boyfriend”. Things like that. I promise that within the next couple of days I will blog. I’ve got some things going on, and one that is most important (to me at least) apartment hunting! So, until then…

Wow, am I really blogging? It’s been awhile. I guess I just haven’t felt like blogging at all. And this will be a short one, because I have to leave for work in about half an hour.

Wait, what was that? Did I just say work?!? Yes, yes, yes…I have a job now. Today is actually my first day working 2nd shift, even though I’ve been there about 2 months now. I was working 1st and working mandatory and voluntary overtime, but they just started a 2nd shift, so I’m one of the lucky ones that get to go there. It’s not bad, though. I’ve worked these hours before, and I pretty much like the people I work with.

I hope to get hired in. It’s jsut a temp job for now, but I really do like it. It’s at a warehouse. I’ve been picking for the packers. Which pretty much is taking a packing slip and going to the right location and looking for the correct part number, lot number and short number and getting the right amount. I guess that’s the best way to explain it. My new hours will be 3-11 PM, but for the first week we’ll be working til 1 AM.

Not alot else going on. Just been hanging out at home and with friends. Same old, same old.

Well, I’m going to go for now. I’ll try to blog more later.

Not writing a post yet, but just wanted to hop on and say I’m definately going to try to blog tomorrow after work. Still working 10 hour days Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. So…yeah. Talk to ya in a bit.

Give me just a bit of time to blog. I promise I will, but I just started a new job and have been working about 10 hours a day. I have to work 6-2 Saturday (I think), so I will hopefully blog either Saturday night or sometime on Sunday.

If I was to put some old post on here from my livejournal account and edited the timestamp to reflect when that post was actually written, would it show up on the top of the page, or on the bottom of the page? Hopefully someone knows what I’m talking about. [/Edit]

Ok, about that title up there? I totally did not make that up. Got it from a website that has a blog title generator. This one to be exact. Oh well, it’s fine for now.

I thought I had some things to actually talk about, but they just flew right off the top of my head. Hmm…Oh, yeah. I met a guy a couple weeks ago. I met him at the bar that I sometimes frequent and my friends know him, so it’s not like he’s just some stranger that I met. I’ve been texting him and I even went to his apartment the other night. Twas fun. Just watched a movie, Balls of Fury and talked. That’s it. He’s pretty cool.  

I’m leaving for Ohio tomorrow afternoon. Going with my dad and step-mom and meeting family from Pennsylvania. We just decided to all meet halfway instead of us going all the way to PA and them coming all the way to Indiana. We’re mostly going for my grandma’s birthday. She’s going to be 87. Happy Birthday grandma!!

Had one more question, but now I can’t think of it.

Ok well, that’s all I can think of at the moment, so I’m just going to end with a picture of me and my friends at the bar last Friday night. Might want to click on the pic to see it better. It’s a little squished there.

Just a quick post. I’ll try to actually blog later tonight. I changed the theme. I did not make it, but I did put my own header on there. It’s actually from a blend that I made like 2 years ago and had made into a layout for my old domain, but I decided to try to use it again. The pictures are of me growing up. I just greyscaled it so it would go more with the rest of the theme. Eh, it’ll do for now.

So, I started that new job yesterday morning. It was a receptionist position at Fort Wayne Pools. I thought it was going to at least be for a few weeks, but it just ended up being for yesterday. Phooey! I guess the regular receptionist was just out for that day. I just told them that if they are ever hiring, to keep me in mind. I guess it’s back to looking for more jobs for me!

Really nothing else worth mentioning. Ummm…I might be going out tonight and meeting some friends at the bar. I really do want to go, but I have to be up early Saturday because I promised I would help with the easter egg hunt at Church. Have to be there at like 9:30 or 10.
